My profession has its lucky moments
Recently I met a nice man, Mr.Zoubaneas, a dietologist. I feel honoured because he is allowing me to use his knowledge and experience. I will now pass on to you some of his small secrets for better eating habits. Here you are: - Be relalexed when you eat your main meal of the day . Eat without stress at least for the hour your meal lasts. You will taste the flavours satisfy your appetite and you will avoid refilling your plate.
- Start with salad and follow with the main course
- Turn off the television whilst eating (mobile phone as well I would suggest). Create a social atmosphare during you rmeal its a wonderfull moment fo enjoy your company (do not argue of course!).
